We thank you for your patronage, and we try to provide exceptional customer service for our community. However we do have a Refund Policy to protect ourselves and to be able continue providing reasonable and fairly priced services to our customers in the future.
-If we are unable to fulfill your order, either because of inventory discrepancies or because you fall outside our delivery zone, you will be issued a full refund.
-We do offer refunds on dry pet food kibble, only if there is more than half a bag full. We may charge a small reprocessing fee to cover the costs of operating the delivery vehicle. Please call us to arrange a pick-up on our next delivery route in your area.
-We do not offer refunds on opened treats, toys, or supplies. We will only take refunds on these products if they are completely undamaged and in original packaging. There may be a small reprocessing fee on returns due to the costs of operating a delivery vehicle. Please call us to arrange a pick-up on our next delivery route.
-We do not accept refunds on Special Orders unless there is a manufacturing defect.
